Öncü Pomegranate Sauce is an aromatic, sweet and sour seasoning made from concentrated pomegranate juice. It is traditionally used in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine – for example, in salad dressings, marinades, meat dishes, or to enhance dips. Its thick consistency and intense flavor make it particularly suitable as a natural flavor enhancer.
