Delverde Gemelli – spiral-shaped durum wheat pasta from Italy – brings not only visual appeal but also quality to the plate: Made from carefully selected durum wheat semolina and pure spring water, extruded through bronze dies and slowly dried at low temperatures. This production process gives the pasta a unique texture, excellent firmness when cooked, and a perfect "al dente" bite.
The “Gemelli” shape (No. 63) is ideal for holding sauce – perfect for meat or vegetable sauces or as a base for creative pasta dishes.
