Wide rice noodles (10mm) from Farmer. Ideal for pho, pad thai, stir-fries, soups or bowls.
The pasta has a mild flavor and absorbs sauces very well, while remaining pleasantly soft to the bite. To prepare, briefly soak the pasta in hot water or cook for 3-4 minutes, then drain and use immediately.
