This Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI combines a pleasant acidity with the natural sweetness of grape must and impresses with its balanced, aromatic taste.
Produced in the traditional Italian way, this dark balsamic vinegar is ideal for refining salads, vegetables, meat, and cheese, as well as for dressings and marinades. A versatile classic of Italian cuisine.
