The Dr. Liv Kraemer CALM – Advanced Skin Supplement is a daily dietary supplement specifically developed to support the skin and gut.

The targeted formula combines L-glutamine, turmeric, quercetin, and Lactobacillus paracasei with selected minerals such as zinc, copper, and selenium. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, and together with selenium and copper, helps protect cells from oxidative stress. The formula is completed by L-glutamine, the selected bacterial strain Lactobacillus paracasei, and botanical ingredients like turmeric and quercetin.

Active ingredients & their role

• L-glutamine: is an amino acid and a component of the CALM formula.

• Turmeric: botanical extract from Curcuma longa and a natural source of curcumin.

• Lactobacillus paracasei: selected lactic acid bacterial strain as a component of the formula.

• Quercetin: is a naturally occurring secondary plant compound with antioxidant properties.
