The vitamins and minerals in Arkovital® Pure Energy 50+ are exclusively derived from fruits and aromatic herbs. They are extracted from guava, amla, lemon, basil, curry, acerola, grape, marigold, and lichen.

• Amla (Phyllanthus emblica). Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine, amla naturally contains vitamin C, vitamin B6, and chromium.
• Acerola (Malpighia emarginata). Acerola is one of the world's richest sources of vitamin C, originating from Central and South America.
• The Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum). Used for over 3000 years, it is considered a sacred plant with more religious than culinary purposes.
• Curry leaf (Murraya koenigii). As a traditional spice, this plant is valued in India and Southeast Asia for its slightly spicy, bitter, and sour taste. Lemon (Citrus Limon). Lemon originated in China or India and has been cultivated in Asia for at least 2500 years. The uses of lemon are diverse; it serves as an ingredient and a decorative component.
• Guava (Psidium guajava). Guava was intensively cultivated by the Incas and is still highly sought after in South America. It is mainly used in food for its edible seeds.
• Grape (Vitis vinifera): The grape is the second most cultivated fruit in the world. Grapes are a major source of polyphenols.
• Lichen: A lichen is a fungus that, in symbiosis with an alga, is a higher fungus, with the term algae taken in the broadest sense and the lichen referred to as ascolichen. Lichens mainly originate from Canada, Scandinavia, and Ireland.
• The African Marigold or Indian carnation (Tagetes erecta). Rich in lutein, this plant is one of the species whose flowers are edible (soup, fruit salad) and whose taste is similar to passion fruit.
