Assugrin sugar substitute, based on erythritol, is a low-calorie alternative to conventional sugar. It looks and tastes like sugar and can be used 1:1 like regular sugar for sweetening, cooking, or baking.

With around 70% fewer calories, it's ideal for a conscious diet without sacrificing sweetness. The isomaltulose it contains also ensures that baked goods brown beautifully in the oven.
