Usage

Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of water (250 ml) and drink before exercise. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, children and people taking anticoagulant medication. For adults. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place and not above 25° C. With sweeteners. Contains caffeine.
