Nettle skin oil 50ml

The nettle skin oil is made according to the original recipe in a 1:2 ratio of nettle juice and high-quality olive oil. Hildegard von Bingen recommends the skin oil for relaxing massages on the chest and temples.

Application: Before going to bed, first rub 5-10 drops into the sternum and then into the temples.
