Dr. Dünner Easy Red Days is a food supplement specially developed for increased well-being before and during menstruation. The selected combination of herbal ingredients and magnesium supports women throughout their cycle and particularly aids normal muscle function and the nervous system.

The formula contains silverweed, lemon balm, hops, dead-nettle blossoms, and marjoram, as well as magnesium. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and nervous system function, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended intake: Take 2-3 capsules twice daily with some liquid. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.
