Dried blackcurrants are a fruity and aromatic snack with an intense berry flavour and a pleasant natural sweetness.

The gentle drying process preserves the characteristic aroma and fruity acidity of the blackcurrants. They are ideal as a snack between meals, as an ingredient in muesli, yoghurt, baked goods or to enhance salads and desserts.
