With Reggia potato gnocchi, you can conjure up a hearty side dish or a quick pasta dish in just a few minutes.

These gnocchi are made primarily from rehydrated potatoes and potato starch, supplemented with wheat flour and rice flour. They offer a pleasant texture and absorb sauces wonderfully. Made in Italy, they're ideal as a base for classic gnocchi recipes with butter and sage, tomato, or cheese sauces.

Preparation:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add some salt.

  • Add the gnocchi to the boiling water.

  • Wait a moment – ​​as soon as the gnocchi rise to the surface (after about 2-3 minutes), they are cooked.

  • Remove with a slotted spoon and drain well.

  • Toss directly in a pan with butter, olive oil or sauce as desired and serve immediately.
