Inulin powder 500g

A fine, colorless powder made from 100% natural inulin, extracted from the root of chicory ( Cichorium intybus ). It is a soluble fiber and prebiotic food for the intestinal flora. It contains over 90% fiber and has a mildly sweet flavor.

Application: Stir 1-2 teaspoons (about 5-10 g) daily into liquids, cereals, yogurts or other foods.
Note: Gradual dosing is recommended, especially in cases of sensitive digestion.
