Extra crispy, extra light: Panko is the traditional Japanese breadcrumb mixture that creates a particularly airy and crispy crust – without the heavy frying feeling. Ideal for tempura, tonkatsu, vegetables, or creative schnitzel variations. The coarse texture absorbs less oil and stays wonderfully crispy when fried.
