Knorr Fondue Chinoise Mix is an aromatic bouillon blend that gives your fondue a spicy, well-balanced flavor base. The mix of vegetables, spices, and herbs creates a clear, rich broth – ideal for classic fondue evenings. One sachet yields approx. 1.5 l of bouillon.

Usage:
• Perfect as a base for Fondue Chinoise (meat, vegetables, tofu)
• Also suitable for Asian soups and broths
• Simply stir into water and bring to a boil
