Lebanese bread impresses with its soft, thin consistency and pleasant, mild taste.
It is excellent for filling and rolling, making it the ideal base for wraps, falafel, kebabs, or sandwiches.
It can also be enjoyed in many ways as a side dish to hummus, dips, and oriental dishes. Briefly heated, the flatbread becomes particularly soft and aromatic.
