Lebanese bread is impressive for its soft, thin texture and pleasantly mild flavor. It is perfect for filling and rolling, making it the ideal base for wraps, falafel, kebabs, or sandwiches.

It can also be enjoyed in many ways as a side for hummus, dips, and oriental dishes. Briefly warmed, the flatbread becomes especially soft and aromatic.
