My bacterial cultures for your gut flora is a special formula of 12 strains of living Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria with 10 billion colony-forming units per daily dose, as well as organic inulin from chicory root. All ingredients are 100% natural and naturally gluten-free. My bacterial cultures are available in practical, ready-to-consume capsule form – for a valuable addition to your general daily diet.
Recommended intake: Take 2 capsules daily before a meal with a glass of water. When taking antibiotics at the same time, the largest possible time interval is recommended.
