Pure Italy in a jar – Parmadoro Passata Rustica brings the authentic taste of sun-ripened tomatoes directly to your kitchen. The tomatoes are carefully selected, gently sieved, and refined with just a touch of citric acid – completely without preservatives.

The slightly chunky consistency ("rustica") provides a particularly intense tomato flavor and is perfect as a base for homemade pasta sauces, soups, stews, or pizzas.
