An exotic sea salt with a bright red color, which gets its special character from the addition of Alaea, a volcanic clay.

This natural product is traditionally made on the coast of Hawaii by evaporating seawater using solar energy and then mixing it with the clay. The result is a salt with a unique color, a subtle nutty aroma, and a fine spiciness.
