A creamy, spicy sauce with finely pickled vegetables, mustard, yoghurt and a pleasant hint of chilli.

With its balanced mix of creaminess, light acidity and delicate spice, it goes particularly well with fondue chinoise and bourguignonne, but also with grilled meat, vegetables or potato dishes. A versatile classic for cosy fondue and barbecue evenings.
