Black Thai long-grain rice is a special rice specialty from Thailand with an intense aroma and a slightly nutty taste.
Its dark color and firm consistency make it an excellent side dish for Asian dishes, curries, vegetable and fish dishes, and for creative rice salads. The natural whole grain rice also impresses with valuable fiber and an attractive appearance on the plate.
Preparation:
Rinse the rice briefly before preparation. Then boil in plenty of water and cook covered over low heat for 30–35 minutes. Drain any remaining water as needed.
