Organic Breastfeeding Balls Basic 200g

Breastfeeding Balls Basic 200g is a dry mix for making breastfeeding balls that provide energy to nursing mothers and support milk production. The mix consists of organic ingredients such as oat flakes, spelt flour, barley flakes, and rice flour.

Preparation:

Option 1: Roast the mixture without oil, stirring constantly, until lightly browned. Remove from heat and mix with the remaining ingredients. Using wet hands, form the mixture into approximately 2 cm balls. The finished balls can also be rolled in coconut flakes or instant cocoa.
Option 2: Add approximately 5g of chopped nuts (hazelnuts, cashews, or almonds) to the mixture. Continue preparation as per option 1.
Vegan preparation:
Replace the butter with either coconut oil or vegetable margarine in equal amounts. Replace the honey with rice, agave, or maple syrup in equal amounts.

Tip: When preparing the cake, you can also cut out cookies or bars instead of balls.

Recommended intake: 8 scoops per day
The mixture makes approximately 40 balls. They'll keep for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
