Organic Yondu Vegetable Umami is a plant-based organic seasoning sauce that naturally adds depth and savory umami flavor to dishes.

The combination of fermented soy sauce and a vegetable preparation with radish, white cabbage, leek, shiitake, and garlic is ideal for seasoning soups, sauces, vegetables, and rice and noodle dishes.
