Composed of delicately acidic beer vinegar and fermented bread beer concentrate, the fermentation of unsold bread creates a variety of flavor nuances, giving this balsamic vinegar a smooth texture and a long finish.

One liter of Aceto Pansamico contains 180g of unsold bread.

I'm saved because my best-before date is almost reached. Retail stores only accept products that still have a certain official shelf life, and that's exactly where we step in for you.

Note: This product may soon be reaching its best-before date or has already passed. However, we have carefully tested it for sensory impairment – ​​the result: it is still perfectly edible. Nevertheless, we recommend storing the product only for a short time and enjoying it as soon as possible.
