This Aceto Pansamico is made from rescued bread, combining sustainable enjoyment with a special taste. The combination of beer vinegar and fermented bread beer concentrate ensures balanced acidity, fine smoothness, and an aromatic finish.
Special Feature
To produce 1 liter of Aceto Pansamico, around 180g of unsold bread is saved from waste.
