With no added sugar or preservatives, it is ideal as a fruity snack on the go, as a topping for muesli, or for refining desserts and baked goods.

For this product, Pakka collaborates with Silk Road Organic Foods, a Fairtrade-certified partner company from Uzbekistan. The raw material is harvested by smallholder farmers from wild collection areas around Samarkand. Direct trade and Fairtrade premiums support the farmers – including pre-financing of harvests and new sales channels in Europe.
