These savory aperitif biscuits from Michel et Augustin are made with fine wheat flour, select French butter, and an aromatic combination of dehydrated tomatoes and Espelette pepper. They're crispy, tangy, and enhanced with around 10% Ossau-Iraty AOP cheese, giving them a particularly flavorful and French-inspired flavor.
