Appenzeller Bireweggli are traditional Swiss fruit loaves with an aromatic pear filling and fine spices. The juicy filling is encased in a soft dough, providing an authentic, slightly sweet taste.

Ideal with coffee, as a dessert, or as a classic Swiss specialty for a snack.
