This delicate spelt pastry with almond paste and honey impresses with its nutty, aromatic flavor and pleasantly moist texture. The combination of ancient spelt, sweet almond paste, and mild honey ensures a balanced treat – perfect with coffee, tea, or as a sweet little break anytime.

The pastries were originally available in a felfel refrigerator and have now found a new home with us. This way, high-quality products are saved from being wasted and can continue to be enjoyed.
