With this Taste of Dolomites dumpling mix, you can quickly and easily prepare about 6 traditional South Tyrolean beetroot dumplings.

The carefully balanced mixture of bread, beetroot, and selected spices ensures an authentic taste, a fluffy consistency, and their characteristic color. Ideal as a main course with melted butter and Parmesan or as a side dish with meat dishes and soups.

Preparation: Mix the contents with 250 ml milk and 2 eggs, knead well, and let rest for at least 15 minutes. Then form about 6 dumplings with damp hands and let them simmer gently in lightly salted water for about 20 minutes.
