Luminoso Orange Wine IGP Demeter 750ml

A distinctive orange wine from Abruzzo, produced according to strict Demeter guidelines. The white grapes are fermented on the skins, just like red wine, which gives the wine its amber hue, light tannins, and complex structure.

On the nose, it displays notes of ripe fruit, orange peel, herbs, and delicate spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, fresh, aromatic, and slightly tannic, with a long, dry finish. It is produced biodynamically with spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention in the cellar.

The wine pairs well with Mediterranean dishes, Asian cuisine, antipasti and aged cheese, and is suitable for both orange wine beginners and experienced natural wine lovers.
