Pakka's Manucca raisins are extra-large, hand-picked raisins from organic and Fairtrade farming. They originate from the Samarkand region (Uzbekistan) and are a local variety.
After harvesting, they are dried raw and gently in the sun, without the addition of sugar, oil, or sulfur – thus fully preserving their natural flavor. They are slightly crunchy and contain 2–3 edible fruit seeds, which give them a unique texture.
