Bolognese Pasta Sauce 400g

A traditional Italian sauce, prepared as in Bologna and seasoned with minced meat and fresh herbs.

This pasta sauce is made from a delicious "soffritto" of extra virgin olive oil and herbs. A soffritto is a mixture of finely chopped vegetables gently cooked in oil. These gently cooked vegetables form the base of the sauce and give it an intense and full flavor.

Pasta sauce with 1.5% olive oil (EU), tomatoes (Italy), minced meat (EU) and zucchini (EU), Ingredients: Tomatoes (36%), concentrated tomato paste (19%), tomato paste (14%), Cooked minced meat (10%) (beef, pork), water, zucchini (2.9%), onion, carrot, extra virgin olive oil (1.5%), sunflower oil, sugar, celery, salt, yeast extract, basil, parsley, garlic, acid (citric acid), natural flavoring (contains milk), oregano, celeriac powder.
