A traditional Turkish sweet that impresses with its unique, fibrous texture. It consists of fine sugar threads reminiscent of angel hair and literally melts on the tongue.
To prepare angel hair chocolate you only need three ingredients: your favorite chocolate, pistachio cream and fine pishmaniye (angel hair).
First, a layer of melted chocolate is poured into a mold and allowed to cool slightly. This is followed by a layer of pistachio cream, followed by the delicate, fluffy angel hair. Then, another layer of pistachio cream is added. Finally, everything is covered with another layer of chocolate.
After cooling in the refrigerator, a perfectly layered praline is created: crispy, creamy and sweet – a true masterpiece reminiscent of the delicacies from 1001 Nights.
