Mae Ploy Red Curry Paste is a classic Thai spice paste with a strong kick.
It is made from red chillies, garlic, lemongrass, shallots, galangal and other traditional spices and is particularly suitable for preparing Thai Red Curry with coconut milk, meat, fish or vegetables.
