Thai Chili Paste 513g

A spicy, aromatic, oil-based paste traditionally used in Thai cuisine.

It adds depth, heat, and umami flavor to soups, curries, stir-fries, rice dishes, and dips. The paste has a rich texture and a pronounced, slightly smoky chili flavor, complemented by garlic, shallots, and tamarind.

It can be added directly during cooking to season rice, pasta or stir-fries, and is suitable as a base for sauces or as a dip for snacks and vegetables.
