Cornichons with garlic are crunchy, small gherkins that are pickled with an aromatic mixture of vinegar, water, garlic and spices. They are known for their spicy, slightly sour taste, which is given an additional spicy note by the addition of garlic. These cornichons are ideal as a snack, for antipasti platters, in salads or as a side dish to meat dishes.
