Andrea Küng and Lorenz Pfrunder – Cook and vegetable farmer.
Lorenz is co-founder of Suur and co-manager of the Demeter farm "Biohof Unterdorf" in Eggenwil (AG). Here he grows vegetables and crops on around 19 hectares in the meanders of the Reuss. This is where most of the vegetables that go into your Suur jar grow.

However, we have carefully tested it for sensory properties - the result: it is still perfectly edible.
