Paldo's Bibim Men is a classic noodle dish in South Korea and has been produced since 1984. With this type of ramen noodles, the water is discarded after cooking. It's a plate-sized meal, not a soup. The accompanying liquid sauce has a spicy, sweet, and sour flavor.
