Mung beans are small, green legumes with a mild, nutty flavor. They are rich in plant protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Ideal for curries, salads, soups, or sprouting.

Nevertheless, we recommend storing the product only for a short time and enjoying it as soon as possible.
Preparation: Approx. 50g per person. Soak beans overnight. Cook in plenty of water for about 30 minutes. Drain the remaining water. Season to taste.
