Pecorino Pasta Sauce 400g

A delicious sauce with Pecorino Romano, Italian tomatoes and garlic, prepared with extra virgin olive oil. As the name suggests, Pecorino Romano comes from the Lazio region.

This pasta sauce is made from a delicious "soffritto" of extra virgin olive oil and herbs. A soffritto is a mixture of finely chopped vegetables gently cooked in oil. These gently cooked vegetables form the basis of the sauce and give it an intense and full flavor.
