Baked on a baking sheet or pizza stone, the pinsa is ready to be topped and enjoyed in just five minutes. Try it with broccoli and salsiccia, for example, or in the gourmet version with mortadella, pistachio paste, and burrata. Your imagination is the limit.
The manual processing and the use of sourdough makes the dough light and extremely digestible.
