This organic lemon balm syrup is made in Därstetten from dried lemon balm flowers hand-picked in the Swiss Alps.

This 100% natural product not only scores as a thirst quencher, but is also ideal as a punch or for decorating desserts and for flavoring fruits and ice cream.

Lemon balm originally comes from the eastern United States, where the Oswego Indians made a tea from it. Towards the end of the 18th century, American colonists boycotted tea that was imported from England and drank "Oswego Tea" instead.

I am saved because my expiration date is almost reached. The retail trade only accepts products that still have a certain official shelf life and that is exactly where we step in for you.

Note: The best-before date of this product may soon be exceeded or has already passed. However, we have carefully tested it for sensory properties - the result: it is still perfectly edible. Nevertheless, we recommend storing the product only for a short time and enjoying it as soon as possible.

Ingredients: Sugar (Germany, Switzerland), lemon balm flower extract 36% (Switzerland), acidifier (citric acid). All agricultural ingredients are from organic farming.
